This is my map of mountain valley I worked really hard on this.
I have directions to the cabins. On the side of the map have symbols. On the bottom right corner I have a compass.

ANZAC My Great Grandads

Two of my  great Grandfathers were in World War Two.

This is a photo of my Nana's Dad. His name is Robert Walter Jefferries.

This is the bit of broken bomb that was in his leg (shrapnel).

My other Great Grandad was in the war too.This is a letter sent from Great Grandad Turner to my Grandad from the war when he was a little boy. It is made out of finely sliced wood. You can see the grain. It was captured from the Japanese for the soldiers to use for their letters. It was sent in 1943.

















This is a telegram to tell my great grandma that Grandad Jefferies was wounded.

This my brother and me with both my great grandfathers' war medals.

Reflection for camp

 · Something I was pleased with was overcoming my fear of falling into a river because…I felt really nervous about falling in at the wrong time
 · I really enjoyed learning…how to make a bivouac. because…It was really fun to learn new things with my friends.
 · Something I found hard was…fear factor.
 · Something that made me think was…the teachers trying to make us learn new things …because…they gave the information really well .
· Something I want to get better at is…tying knots (What can I do about it?)
